Invoicing, Payment Terms and Instalment Plan

Invoicing

Website design, website hosting and availability packages: We raise an invoice 2 weeks after your domain (or advertisement in the case of availability-only package) goes live on our server. Payment in full or in part should be made within one calendar month from the domain or advertisement going live. The invoice is in the nature of one year's subscription to our services because our work goes on.

Payment Methods:

  1. Cheque: Made out to Internet Results Ltd for the agreed amount and sent through the post to Aston House, Bovingdon Heights, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 2JS.

  2. Bank Transfer: Sent directly from your bank account to Internet Results Ltd. bank account using the free BACS (not CHAPS which is charged for) service. If done through internet or telephone banking you save on a stamp, envelope and stationery and a trip to the pillar box or bank.

  3. Banker's standing order (payment system over which you have control NOT direct debit which you don't) using the instalment system detailed below. This can also be done through internet or telephone banking after taking the details from the Banker's Standing Order form which we send to you. Otherise complete this form and sign it and send/give it to your bank.

Payment in monthly instalments in arrears by banker's standing order.

*APR (Annual Percentage Rate) is based on the total charge for credit including fees and other charges for arranging a loan

NB. Credit cards: We do not accept them because there is no point: we are already building in one month’s delay in payment and the instalment facility is available at an APR of 6.8%, a rate equal to that of the Barclaycard Simplicity Credit Card, one of the lowest rates on the market.
