Website maintenance

We give high importance to maintenance and this service, within the website hosting package, is normally available 7 days per week from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.

We take the view that a website is never finished. For example we have invented our own technology for having the availability bar on the owner’s website rather than coming through a frame from our server. This improves the general look and speeds up loading. We are automatically adding this to all the websites we manage. We’ll get around to telling the owners what we’ve done!

Website owners often need a quick response. We'll deal with urgent things on the day of your request, for example:

• Price changes
• Changes in telephone numbers

We'll make changes to photos and text as you request them.

When we review your site from time to time we'll make changes we deem necessary, on our own intitiative, to cope with browser updates for example.
